Just A Girl And Her Pony

The weather was beautiful and sunny here. It was the perfect day to be outside and spend time with a favorite four legged buddy.

I love the look of tall riding boots.

A goodbye hug before putting her pony back in the barn.

Dumb-Dumb

I just went into the laundry room to fold the clothes in the dryer.

What?!!!...no clothes.

Oops...I never transferred the clothes from the washer to the dryer before I started it.

Yep...the dryer ran a full cycle...empty...completely empty!!!

Preppy Paper Girl Rocks!!!!!

UPS delivered a package this week to my doorstep. As soon as I saw the return address of Preppy Paper Girl, I immediately began tearing into the box to find the most adorable wrapped package.

The gift wrapping was so cute, I kind of hated to open it...but not enough to stop myself .

Preppy Paper Girl (Laurie) was so gracious in having a giveaway of products from the new Lilly Pulitzer stationery line. These fabulous, preppy, brightly colored items were in my package.

This is the 1, 2, 3 Lilly Pad. Love it!!!

Circle Notes and the cutest set of monogrammed cards made by Laurie.

I forgot to take a close-up photo of the tumblers. Not only are the cups in the cutest pattern ever, but sturdy too and best of all, dishwasher safe. They will be perfect for this summer. My daughter has informed me she wants to get a set to use at her birthday party in July. I have a feeling the paper goods and decorations will be Lilly. What fun!!!

Thanks Laurie so much. I love it all!!!

Should I Try It?

Should I or shouldn't' I is the big question? Now that we are cutting way back on our expenses, I hate to spend $150.00 to get my hair colored in a salon. I'm thinking of trying to do it myself at home which I've never done before. Am I crazy?!!! Do any of you color your hair at home and if so what brands do you use? If you have any advice, I would greatly appreciate it.

**UPDATE** I am to chicken to try it myself so to the salon I go. Thanks for all your comments.
