I wish I could say this was my kitchen, but unfortunately it's not. Doesn't it looked like it just popped out of a decorating magazine? I just had to share a few pictures of a neighbor's remodeled kitchen. It is absolutely stunning!!! When I first saw it, I just stood there in complete awe, speechless to say the least. Every detail was carefully thought out. And of course, it was all my neighbor's vision and ideas.
It's the kind of kitchen that would make me actually want to learn to cook. (I am the most awful cook. My kiddies much prefer my husband over me.) It's the kind of kitchen you could easily go for a cup of coffee (in my case a Pepsi) and end up staying for the day, it's that comfortable.
I love the custom shelves built on for the cookbooks. She also has a separate beverage refrigerator tucked into the island.
Who knew cleaning supplies could look so stylish sitting on the counter. She just has a special touch. I wish I just had a little bit of her talent and her vision. And just as amazing to me, on any given day, no matter what time it is, the kitchen always looks like this. Never ever messy, nothing out of place and she has three school aged boys (yes, I said boys). I don't know how she does it.When I need a little motivation to get going on my house, I knock on her door. She doesn't mind (well, if she does, she would never let you know it). She is one of the most warm and gracious, kind hearted people you'll ever meet.
